Femina Baker, CPA

Since joining Ajeej in 2012, Femina Baker has overseen the firm’s finance and operations functions. She plays an integral role in the compliance team, managing accounting for Ajeej’s funds and managed accounts while acting as the primary liaison with brokers, administrators, and custodians.

A certified public accountant, Femina combines precision with efficiency, ensuring Ajeej’s operations meet the highest institutional standards. Her work provides the operational backbone that allows investment teams to focus on delivering performance.

Beyond work, Femina enjoys travelling, experimenting with new cuisines, and exploring different sports. A lifelong fan of the Harry Potter series, she claims to understand Parseltongue — a testament to her wit and imagination.
