Fouad Dajani

Co-Founder & Senior Partner, Group CIO

As Chief Investment Officer and co-founder of Ajeej Capital, Fouad Dajani has ultimate responsibility for all portfolio and investment activities. He heads the investment committees for Ajeej’s funds, including Amplify and Cabrit, and brings together investment expertise with operational leadership.

Fouad spent over 10 years at The Olayan Group, where he managed MENA public equity portfolios and later became General Manager of the group’s Food Services Company. Earlier, he worked closely with CEO Lubna Olayan in Saudi Arabia, and began his career as a consultant at Arthur Andersen and Accenture. His deep exposure to both investment strategy and day-to-day business operations gives him a unique perspective on Ajeej’s philosophy of investing in businesses, not just stocks.

Fouad holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, and a B.A. in International Relations & Economics from Brown University. He also serves on the investment committee of Catalyst Partners, a private equity firm focused on alternative energy, and sits on the board of Equiti, a global trading platform.

Away from work, Fouad is a family man with four children, a love for sport, and a passion for philanthropy, particularly in supporting Palestinian scholarship programs.

“Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.”
