Hussein Wehbi has been with Ajeej Capital since 2007 and serves as Associate Director within the equities team. Over nearly two decades, he has contributed to Ajeej’s public equity investment strategies, providing analytical insight and market perspective across a range of sectors.

As one of the firm’s longest-serving professionals, Hussein has witnessed and navigated the MENA region’s most turbulent financial moments, including the global financial crisis and oil price cycles. His resilience and depth of knowledge bring stability and rigor to Ajeej’s investment process.

Hussein is a CFA charterholder and is recognized for his disciplined research, sharp risk assessment, and steady commitment to delivering long-term value.

Outside of Ajeej, Hussein enjoys reading, mentoring young analysts, and spending time with his family. He is valued by colleagues for his thoughtful approach and collaborative nature.
