Idrissa Boly

Idrissa Boly serves as Co-CIO of Ajeej Capital (AD) Limited, the Public Debt business of Ajeej Capital, with responsibility for leading the investment strategy of Global Sukuk, MENA Fixed Income and Emerging Market Debt Local Currency. Idrissa was a co-founder of AD Global Investors in October 2018 before the firm was acquired by Ajeej Capital in August 2025. He began his career as an economic advisor in Burkina Faso and went on to hold investment roles at Colchester Global Investors and Duke University’s asset management company before joining First Abu Dhabi Bank. A Fulbright scholar, Idrissa combines global expertise with a deep understanding of emerging markets.
