Kisan Patel joined Ajeej Private Debt in 2024, bringing over five years of experience in originating, underwriting, and monitoring investments in UK SMEs and startups. His career spans both senior secured debt and equity, with prior roles at Shawbrook Bank and Shard Credit Partners.

Kisan holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Bath and is both a CFA charterholder and CAIA charterholder. At Ajeej, he applies his technical expertise and deal-making experience to support the expansion of Amplify’s portfolio, structuring innovative debt solutions that align with both founder and investor objectives.

He is known for his collaborative approach and his ability to design financing structures that balance risk and opportunity.

In his personal life, Kisan enjoys travel, exploring global food cultures, and keeping active through sport.
