Najeeb Ahmad

With Ajeej Capital since its inception in 2007, Najeeb Ahmad serves as Compliance Officer and MLRO, reporting directly to the Board of Directors of Ajeej Capital (DIFC) Limited. A member of the executive committee, he is responsible for ensuring the firm’s adherence to regulatory standards and for overseeing all compliance and anti-money-laundering (AML) matters.

Najeeb’s long tenure with Ajeej has given him a deep understanding of the firm’s culture, philosophy, and investment practices. His steady leadership in compliance has helped Ajeej build a reputation as a responsible, disciplined asset manager trusted by institutional clients.

In his spare time, Najeeb enjoys keeping up with business news, spending time with family and close friends, and staying active through walking and running. He is known among colleagues for his calm, thoughtful approach and for always bringing a balanced perspective to complex situations.
