Omar Hafez joined Ajeej Capital in 2023 as Senior Associate in the credit team, supporting the firm’s private debt investments. With a background in structured finance and corporate lending, Omar plays a key role in sourcing opportunities, conducting due diligence, and monitoring portfolio performance.

Omar has previously worked in financial advisory and credit analysis roles, bringing a strong analytical foundation and regional insight to Ajeej’s growing debt platform. His focus is on helping technology-driven businesses access flexible, minimally dilutive capital that enables them to scale effectively.

Outside of the office, Omar is passionate about personal fitness and enjoys exploring emerging financial technologies. His curiosity about innovation and new business models makes him an asset in evaluating opportunities for Amplify.
